It is possible, provided that you purchase a personal 'Permis de pêche' at €35/week/adult (from 18y); €7/year (for children 6 to 12 years old) and €23/year (for youngsters between 12 and 18 years old). A 'Permis de pêche' can be purchased through ludovic-faure16@orange.fr ; Keep your identity cara proof of your identity nearby because every 'permis' is personal. Fishing without a 'permis' will be fined and will be borne by the tenant

  • Descent of the Dronne: starting at your private pontoon and sailing upstream as far as Aubeterre (approx. 1.5h kayak trip) where you can take a break on the little beach with beach bar; or sailing downstream as far as Saint-Aulaye (approx. 1h kayak trip); or starting in Poltrot (approx. 4h) or Aubeterre (approx. 1.5h) and disembarking in your private garden, where you can spot kingfishers along the way, or take a refreshing "rain shower" under one of the waterfalls, the ideal way to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the river and nature. Appointments can be made with the people who come to pick up the kayaks next to the house; for a fee, they take the 'house' kayaks to the starting point (Aubeterre, or even further upstream in Poltrot). For those sailing downstream as far as Saint-Aulaye, you can also have the 'house' kayaks dropped back at the house too, subject to payment
